Please replace the "+" sign with:

- "011" - when calling from the US or Canada
- "00" - when calling from Europe (not all countries, please ask your telephone provider, if it doesn't seem to apply)
- "0011" - when calling from Australia

- All other countries - please ask your telephone provider for the prefix

Phone numbers in Europe are divided into four parts:

+ depends on from where you are calling (e.g. from the US it is 011)	e.g. 39 for Italy	e.g. 0586 for Livorno (LI)	e.g. 759917

When dialing numbers in Italy from outside and in Italy, please do not omit the 0 (region code)
(e.g. +39 0 586759917).
When dialing numbers in Germany from outside Germany, please do not dial the 0 (region code)
(e.g. +49 69 7071605).

If your request should be handled more quickly (e.g. a last minute reservation), simply mark your email or fax with the term "urgent" in the headline and do not omit to write us your email, phone or fax contact.
